Villa Maria's Marlborough Winery

This state-of-the art winery is located very close to Marlborough's central vineyard area, a short drive from Blenheim airport.

This impressive building is purpose-built to handle the increasing quantity of grapes sourced from Marlborough - New Zealand's premium grape growing region.

The winery crushes all grapes harvested in Marlborough, the majority of which is Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, but also Riesling, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.

The winery was officially opened in March 2000 and allows for planned expansion over the next 50 years.

Visitors are welcome at Villa Maria’s Marlborough Cellar Door, which is open 7 days for wine tastings and sales. Sample our award winning wine, learn about the Villa Maria range from our friendly staff and soak up the peaceful vineyard surroundings.
