Riesling

Riesling wines are dynamic, food-favouring wines that continue to gain fans on an international level. New Zealand Rieslings feature lemon, lime and spice characters from Marlborough and green apples and citrus from the cooler Waipara region.

Drier styles of Riesling are great with salads and light seafood or chicken dishes. Sweeter styles complement spicy Thai and other Asian foods.
