Fruit for this wine was sourced from our Joseph Soler Vineyard situated in Hawkes Bay. The vineyard has operated on organic principles since 2001, and Joseph Soler now has 21 hectares certified as organic by BioGro New Zealand. Rather than relying on herbicides or pesticides, this vineyard is managed with a focus on enhancing soil vitality to grow healthy and balanced grapes.
The bouquet is classically varietal, with abundant rose petal, talc and spice on the nose. The palate reveals similar flavours, delivered with lovely richness, seamless texture and balance.
This wine complements many food styles including Asian and Indian cuisine.
