Conditions of Entry:

To ensure the safety of all concert-goers, all bags will be subject to a safety and security search upon entry to the Villa Maria grounds. Any prohibited items such as glass bottles, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, will be confiscated. In addition, we ask that you adhere to the following safety and behaviour regulations:

  • No pre-loading. If you've had too many drinks, security can't let you in. Please don't show up intoxicated or you'll unfortunately miss out on a great show.
  • Drink responsibly while at the show. Any intoxicated persons will be removed from the premises.
  • Unruly and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal/physical abuse of any person, throwing objects, climbing structures, littering, or defacing of any property.

Adhering to these simple rules will allow everyone to have a fantastic and memorable concert experience at Villa Maria!

Concert-goers are able to bring with them foldable “Concert Chairs” for increased comfort during the events held at Villa Maria. It is also permitted to bring with you non-professional cameras to capture lasting memories of your big day out.

There will be numerous catering outlets onsite, which will be available from when the gates open. Patrons will be allowed to bring their own food onsite however no commercial takeaways will be permitted.

Not Permitted:

No alcohol or soft drinks can be brought into events held at Villa Maria. As these events are licensed, there will be wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages available at the events. Empty refillable water bottles are also permitted.

Concert goers are also asked not to bring with them tables, glass, tents, beach umbrellas or sun shelters, as well as professional cameras and video or recording equipment.

No takeaway food will be permitted.
